Improving Digital Agility: EPR Options Appraisal and Gap Analysis
Background:
Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) provides community healthcare services for Lincolnshire; one of the largest healthcare communities in the country. The Trust supplies primary care services out of hours; teams of nurses, therapists and specialists care for those across the county – whether suffering from respiratory conditions, heart problems, diabetes, cancer, or wounds such as leg ulcers.
LCHS had been using SystmOne as their Clinical Information System since April 2011, and the system is supplied directly to the Trust by TPP.
The Trust sought a consultancy to conduct a thorough gap analysis of their Clinical Information System to produce a detailed report citing specific recommendations for changing the contract and/or system while identifying the key benefits this will generate for the Trust.
